These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the VitalKure website and software platform. By using VitalKure, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

VitalKure provides clinic management tools including scheduling, patient records, supplements, tasks, messaging, and related features. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

Clinic staff accounts are created by authorized administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Accessing data you are not authorized to view
• Transmitting unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Using the platform in violation of applicable healthcare or privacy laws

Clinic responsibilities

Clinics using VitalKure are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter, obtaining required patient consents (including TCPA for SMS), and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations. VitalKure is a tool; clinical and legal compliance remains with the clinic.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalKureis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
